As a Private Company (sole trader, partnership, etc.),
you will need the following documents:

Commercial register or business licence
Optional: certificate of insurance
Criminal record certificate
Valid bank account (IBAN)

As a corporation (GmbH, AG...)
you need the following documents:

Commercial register entry
Optional: certificate of insurance
