To make mobility more efficient, affordable, and sustainable – for both B2B and B2C.
Your Role
You don’t just want to work leads – you want to own the entire sales process from first contact to closing? You’re excited to build something big with a small, ambitious team and grow into a leadership role? Then you’re in the right place. As an Account Executive, you’ll actively shape our B2B growth. You’ll work closely with the founding team and our Heads of Marketing and Operations to turn leads into real customer relationships. You rely on personality, not copy-paste – because sustainable sales happen through real conversations, not inbox automation.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales funnel: from cold outreach to pitching and closing deals
- Turn leads into real opportunities – at events, in-person meetings, via phone and LinkedIn
- Build and manage long-term relationships with key accounts
- Understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions – sometimes creatively
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our sales strategy
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with Marketing & Operations
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or Account Executive – ideally in a startup/scaleup or software company
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
- Confidence in cold outreach and the ability to build trust
- Proficiency with modern tools (CRM, automation, LinkedIn, cold calling)
- A hands-on, proactive mindset and a desire to grow
- Fluency in both German and English
