What you can expect in Marketing at Movacar:

At Movacar, you will have the opportunity to try out your marketing skills directly in a small team and get fully involved in:

  • creative social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) for our young target group
  • maintaining and expanding our website, blog and landing pages (WordPress)
  • the creation of SEO optimised texts for press releases and our own website
  • the creation of new lead-optimised marketing funnels
  • the preparation of data analyses and reports

Most importantly, we are open to your ideas and look forward to developing new measures together with you.

That’s why you fit in with us:

  • You are studying marketing, communication, media science or design, journalism, PR or a similar field of study.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of marketing, e.g. as an intern.
  • You have very good German skills, good English or another foreign language would be great 😉
  • You are familiar with the common Office applications and the Google Suite.
  • You have experience or curiosity to work with image editing and video editing tools.
  • You are curious, creative, independent and have the desire to develop yourself and your knowledge.

What you can expect in the Customer Success/Operations department at Movacar:

At Movacar you will have the opportunity to try out your customer service skills and organisational talent directly in a small team and to be fully involved in:

  • supporting our customers via online chat and email
  • organising transfer journeys in cooperation with driving service providers
  • optimising and maintaining our FAQ archive
  • building an efficient customer service funnel for maximum customer satisfaction
  • the development of our logistics operations processes for order placement
  • the preparation of data analyses and reporting

Most importantly, we are open to your ideas and look forward to developing new measures together with you.

That’s why you fit in with us:

  • You are studying economics, organisation, communication, media science or design, logistics or a similar field of study.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the area of customer service or operations support, e.g. as an intern.
  • You have very good German skills, good English or another foreign language would be great 😉
  • You are familiar with the common Office applications and the Google Suite.
  • You have a „hands on“ mentality and enjoy organising things and finding pragmatic solutions.
  • You are curious, creative, independent and have the desire to develop yourself and your knowledge.
