Movacar is a fast-growing startup in the mobility sector. We market vehicle transfers as one-way rentals from €1 – creating a true win-win for fleet operators and travelers. Our clients? Rental companies like Sixt & Roadsurfer, leasing firms, dealerships, and corporate fleets. Our mission? Make mobility more efficient, affordable, and sustainable – for B2B and B2C.
Your Role
You’re a key link between our drivers, customers, and operations team. In this entry-level role, you’ll learn the full picture of how Movacar works – and make a tangible impact from day one. You help keep our processes running smoothly, ensure customers and drivers feel heard, and bring a genuine service mindset to every interaction – whether by phone, email, or chat.
As you settle in, there is real room to grow – taking on more ownership, expanding your scope, and developing your skills alongside the team.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and customer support (phone, email, chat)
- Support our B2C, B2B fleet clients and Driver Network and ensure smooth processes
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and structures
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including service providers
- Analyze customer feedback and KPIs (e.g. NPS), and drive improvements
- Collaborate closely with the founder team and other team leads
- Share best practices and continuously improve our service quality
Your Profile
- First experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role (internships and working student positions count)
- Strong communication skills, structured and solution-oriented
- Good sense for processes and team dynamics
- Proactive and reliable – you take initiative, follow through, and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- Familiar with tools like Salesforce, Slack & Co. – or quick to learn
- Fluent in German and English
- Motivated to make a real impact in a small, agile team
- Eager to grow – personally and professionally
