Wait for the rental company's confirmation
Movacar arranges the trip, our partner hands over the vehicle. After your Movacar booking we forward your details to the rental company. Only once they confirm the trip can you get going. The entire process from pick-up to drop-off is handled by the actual rental partner.
Document the vehicle well
At pick-up and drop-off you should document the vehicle's condition very carefully. You'll find a free documentation tool in the Movacar app under "My Trips".
